Plans change. Current cancellation, rescheduling, deposit and no-show terms are provided through Carli’s secure GlossGenius booking page and appointment communications.

Changing an appointment

Use the manage-appointment link in your GlossGenius confirmation whenever available. If you need assistance, contact Carli through the contact method included in your booking confirmation.

Late arrivals and missed appointments

Late arrivals may require a shortened or rescheduled service depending on the remaining appointment time. Any applicable charges or deposit treatment are governed by the terms associated with the booking.
